# How to activate a customer as a partner

When you onboard a customer as a partner, the customer gets a trial period of 15 days to test Scappman.

A partner can activate the subscription for a customer if the customer decides to use Scappman or when a partner wants to provide this service to his customer.

When clicking on Activate, a pop-up windows will be shown with the current price for the amount of users in the tenant. As a partner you can select a monthly or annual subscription for the customer.
